At TourSA, we strive to provide the best travel experience. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
Cancellation 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund
Cancellation 7-14 days before departure: 25% refund
Cancellation less than 7 days before departure: No refund

Cancellation by TourSA

In rare cases where we need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative tour of equal value.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
